LAMB TAGINE ON THE BONE
Description: Lamb tagine is a staple dish of Morocco and indeed across North Africa. Its been slow cooked. The spices are a classic combination that give a wonderful depth of flavour from the onions, celery, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, tomatoes, harissa and chopped parsley. Served with potatoes and carrots.
Note: This is an Amalfi At Home product. It has been cooked and will be delivered to you chilled, and therefore, you will be required to heat it before eating. You can refrigerate this product for up to 3 days. We do not add colouring or preservatives to our products. Suitable for freezing.
Transfer the content of the box containing the sauce to a pan and bring the sauce to a boil and smear for 5 minutes and serve.
Slightly open the lid of the box containing the sauce and heat for 2 minutes then stir and heat for further 2 minutes and serve.
